Job Details Job Location: Spring Klein - Spring, TX 77388 Position Type: Full Time Travel Percentage: Mulitple Locations Job Category: Management LOCATION: 5211 FM 2920, Suite 102 Spring, TX 77388 POSITION SUMMARY: This position will oversee the day-to-day operational functions of the front desk staff, ensuring that office policies, procedures, and plans are executed in a smooth and expeditious manner. Key responsibilities include financial, office administrative duties, insurance administration, schedule and personnel management. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Consults and communicates with leadership and staff concerning practice operations, problem solving and service improvement. Reviews the clinic’s policies and procedures periodically, at least annually, and makes recommendations to assure continued regulation compliance and operational efficiency. Interacts with Patients to respond to concerns and complaints. Provides excellent customer service and maintains a positive working relationship with the Physicians, providers, and other health related facilities and organizations. Assists in setting the tone and atmosphere of the practice and creating a Healthy Work Environment. Provide leadership, guidance, and expertise to staff members. Effectively communicate departmental activities to the whole staff. Establish a high-performance team of staff that is efficient, knowledgeable, service oriented, and shares responsibility for attaining the goals of the practice. May assist leadership in the recruiting and interviewing of new hires. Assist in the training of new hires. Coordinate coverage for employees and PTO requests. Oversee employee’s time management. Performs compliance and other policies and procedures. All other duties as assigned. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: Manages timecards and PTO requests for medical office staff.
