Partner with billing teams to ensure accurate charge capture and reimbursement. Serve as the liaison between providers, staff, vendors, and hospital departments. Monitor quality measures and implement process improvements. Handle credentialing and compliance requirements. Resolve customer satisfaction concerns promptly and professionally.
