VACANCY: OFFICE SUPPORT ASSISTANT

We are seeking to recruit an Office Support Assistant to assist our busy operations in our Edinburgh South Team.

Responsibilities
  • Performing clerical and reception duties
  • Answering and fielding phone calls
  • Providing telephone support
  • Operating the organisation’s switchboard
  • Liaising with the local authority, clients, and carers on an ongoing basis
  • Managing the care package referrals process
  • Setting up new clients and staff on our electronic scheduling system
  • Scheduling carers new shift patterns
  • Maintaining accurate records
  • Maintaining stock of PPE by anticipating work requirements, ordering supplies, and distributing supplies where necessary
  • Participation with the out of office on-call service
