We are seeking a reliable and organized Part-Time Office Support Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the smooth operation of our office environment while gaining valuable experience in administrative functions. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess strong communication skills. Key Responsibilities: Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and visitors professionally. Perform general office duties and provide general support to management and staff. Maintain calendars, keys, and visitor logs. Distribute mail and manage incoming and outgoing packages. Order and maintain office supplies and inventory. Support meetings and company functions with setup and breakdown. Coordinate vendor access, service appointments, and deliveries. Monitor common areas for cleanliness, safety, and operational issues. Report building concerns such as lighting, HVAC, plumbing, or security issues. Support emergency preparedness activities and distribute facility notices. Assist with scheduling preventative maintenance and inspections. Perform other duties as assigned within the scope of the position. Requirements Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Prior administrative or office support experience required, preferably in a military defense or R&D environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Professional demeanor and customer service skills. Familiarity with security protocols and classified material handling. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. Ability to obtain and maintain government security clearance.
