Prepares and processes purchasing and accounting documents * Process payroll and timekeeping requests. * Provide additional support for other operational needs such as student safety, including delegated nursing duties, according to District training and procedures. * Respond to administrative requests. Provide information and assistance to various stakeholders which may include DPS employees, vendors, and community members.  What You’ll Need: * High School diploma, completion of G.E.D., or equivalent, required. * Three (3) or more years’ experience in administrative/clerical work or combination of education and experience.  * Demonstrated intermediate-level knowledge and experience with computer-based spreadsheet, data base, and word processing software.  * Demonstrated experience producing various general office documents, analysis and recommendations. * Bilingual skills may be required based on work location * Lead for racial and educational excellence and work to dismantle systems of oppression and inequity in our community, along with believing in and supporting all students so they feel seen and heard with access to high quality education.  * Live and work with a permanent home address in Colorado while working with us.   * Have the ability with or without accommodations to meet the physical demands [https://financialservices.dpsk12.org/wp-content/uploads/sites/23/Office_Clerical.pdf] of the position. Responsibilities
