Description Position Overview We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Support team member to help keep our daily branch operations running smoothly. This role provides administrative and customer support to multiple departments and branch locations. The Office Support person is often the first point of contact for customers, so professionalism, organization, and strong communication skills are essential. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys multitasking, working with people, and supporting a team in a fast-paced environment. What You’ll Do Answer and direct phone calls for multiple branch locations Greet and assist customers in person while managing phone calls and office tasks Support daily office operations for Parts, Service, Logistics, and Finance departments Prepare daily bank deposits and assist with customer account follow-ups Enter invoices and credit card transactions into internal systems Enter employee time for payroll processing Process parts invoices and submit them for payment Handle incoming mail, customer paperwork, billing, and filing Assist the Service Department with processing and tracking field modification paperwork Keep the main customer area clean, organized, and stocked Order and maintain office supplies and inventory Perform additional duties as assigned to support branch operations Requirements Requirements Valid driver’s license and ability to meet company driving requirements when needed Ability to work in a safety-sensitive position Professional attitude and dependable work ethic
