The Office Support program is intended for law students at an early stage of their studies. As an Office Support, you will get the opportunity to familiarize yourself with our ever-changing business law environment. You will be involved in the day-to-day administrative work at the office, which will give insight into life at a law firm.
Our Office Supports perform various tasks that support all the functions at the office, including printing, assisting in the reception area, setting up workspaces, assisting with the mail, and other day-to-day tasks.
We are now looking to hire trainees for a part-time and fixed term 9-month period spanning from September 2025 to May 2026.

Your profile
The Office Support position is intended for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd year law students.
To succeed as an Office Support, you enjoy working independently and as part of a team. To meet our clients’ needs and challenges, we are looking for colleagues with unique abilities, skills, and perspectives, who share our values and commitment to providing first-class service. Furthermore, you have excellent oral and written communication skills and are fluent in Finnish and English.
