Description

Yellow Fence Rentals is growing — and we’re looking for a highly organized, proactive Office Support Specialist to join our dynamic team.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys variety, and has a sharp eye for detail.
Hours are flexible for the right candidate.

Responsibilities
  • Provide backup support for Dispatch: answer phones and emails when dispatch is away or busy
  • Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and follow up on Accounts Receivable (AR) via phone and email weekly
  • Perform daily bank deposits
  • Serve as Company Safety Officer: help prepare and maintain safety policies (training and certification will be provided for these tasks)
  • Prepare daily/weekly TruX revenue reports for management
  • Review generated invoices for accuracy
  • Assist with contract preparation and follow-up
  • Process and review customer credit applications; adjust limits and flag unused accounts
  • Review and validate timecards; track and record sick days
  • Provide a second set of eyes on fence/bin routes for efficiency improvements
  • Help monitor truck maintenance and ensure trucks stay within limits
  • Scan, file, and maintain organized digital and paper records
