Job Description: The Mental Health Center of Greater Manchester is looking for an experienced full-time office support specialist, providing support to the Bedford Counseling Associates and Medication Services programs. The Office Support Specialist functions as a member of the office support team, providing support to the clinical and medical staff. Staff member is responsible for completing a variety of tasks associated with processing reports, ordering supplies, answering, screening and processing phone calls for the department, data entry into EMR, managing patient correspondence, and a variety of meet and greet activities both for in person service and through telehealth. Requirements Must have excellent communication skills. Proven organizational skills, an ability to multi-task, and data entry proficiency. Computer experience, attention to detail, and confidentiality are a must. Answer and route incoming phone calls to ensure that programs are represented professionally. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. Education: The position requires a High School diploma or equivalent.
