Position Title: Technical Operations Lead Reports to: General Manager Responsibilities · Deliver 452 Hospitality to ensure a memorable experience with every interaction. · Responsible for management of all unit support requests. Includes initial submission of request through resolution. · Leads troubleshooting efforts when technical issues arise, collaborating with a mixture of HQ teams, in-unit teams, and the client to find rapid resolution. · Attends regular support calls with HQ Teams to provide updates and work through support requests on behalf of the unit. · Facilitates communication across the in-unit team to resolve system/technical issues as quickly as possible. · Leads efforts related to technical/system training for entire in-unit team in collaboration with Admissions HQ Operations Team. · Conducts routine maintenance on technical equipment as outlined by SSA HQ IT Systems Team. · Maintains accurate inventory of all technical equipment across in-unit business lines. · Maintains accurate inventory of all Admissions supplies and facilitates requests for orders when necessary. · Motivates all staff to perform their duties to the best of their abilities and promote an overall best guest experience. · Handle guest issues, inquiries and complaints; perform service recovery as needed. · Remains knowledgeable of and manages in accordance with all applicable local, state and federal laws. · Perform other tasks deemed necessary. · Maintain a clean, safe and organized work environment. · Uphold and demonstrate a complete understanding of company policies and procedures. Job Requirements · Thrives in a fast-paced environment. · Developed interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to articulate to various teams remote and onsite. · Goal-oriented and flexible to meet the needs of the operation. · Demonstrates desire to help the team succeed. · Driven by cultural attractions and the environment they support. · People person that is guest service oriented. · Computer knowledge and skill level for basic technical troubleshooting functions. · Individual who brings excitement and opportunity to engage with the team and guests. · Available some evenings, weekends, and holidays. Previous Experience · One year of technical experience. · Must be 18 years or older.
