UIC Sacramento is seeking enthusiastic, professional, and customer-focused team players to join our team!
The successful candidate will perform a variety of administrative and support duties, including assisting with attendance and benefits administration, preparing reports, and handling general office responsibilities.
The Office Technician must be able to work both independently and collaboratively, manage multiple priorities to meet deadlines, and remain flexible when priorities shift. Strong multitasking skills are essential.
Candidates should demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel and exercise a high degree of initiative and independence in their daily work. This position also involves handling complex or confidential correspondence and maintaining organized office filing systems. The Office Technician may also serve as the office’s attendance clerk.
This is an in-office position located in Rancho Cordova ARU 024
