Working under the operations manager you will be helping to run the units at Scrabster Seafood Park.
HACCP Plan will be one of the mian priorities and ensuring the companies Health and Safety policies remain active up to date with changing governing bodies legislation,daily checks of delivery intakes, chill and freezer records, accident recording, EHO requirements etc. working closely with the unit retail supervisor and yard foreman to maintain and continue a high level of service for customers and clients alike.
Alongside this you would be required to cover holidays of existing office staff which would include recording weights and inputting dispatch of products making sure all elements of the company standard operating procedures are followed.
Hours and days could be flexible but are anticipated to be around 25 / 30 a week.
Holidays would be worked pro rata, based on 28 days a year (with 10 days being pre-allocated for closure over Christmas)
