JOB OVERVIEW

Are you looking for a role where no two days are the same? We’re looking for a proactive and organised Workplace Assistant to join our friendly and collaborative team at our head office near Liverpool Street.
You’ll be the go-to person for all things office-related, including handling IT kit and company vehicles, supporting onboarding, training administration, administering systems, and even helping track our carbon impact. You’ll work closely with HR and Health & Safety to keep everything working smoothly.

Responsibilities
  • Keep the office organised – managing supplies, post, correspondence, general upkeep, and making sure the office is always presentable
  • Order and set up IT equipment and manage company mobiles (usage, billing, and basic troubleshooting)
  • Oversee company vehicle admin and ensure records are kept up to date, including servicing, insurance, MOTs, and handling fines – liaising with vehicle drivers
  • Contribute to compliance with policies and procedures
  • Support carbon tracking across the business
  • Book training and assign e-learning, keeping records up to date
  • Other support with meetings, administration and events
