We’re driven by our Group purpose, to power people and possibilities. Job Description Administrative Support (“AS”) operates within our Financial Statements production unit out of South Africa. The AS deals with the preparation of our clients’ financial statements. The AS obtains the data from the Excel supporting workbooks and transfers the data to the Word-based financial statements. The AS is responsible for formatting the financial statements to ensure our clients receive a high quality product. The AS performs a high level review of the financial statements for spelling errors, grammar, casting, numbers tie-in to Excel etc. Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality financial statements aligned with client reporting requirements. Continuously improve efficiency and product quality on all engagements. Support office management and assist with general admin tasks. Maintain strong client relationships and escalate concerns to the Manager. Ensure accurate formatting and presentation of financial statements using MS Word (advanced), Excel, and PowerPoint. Perform high-level reviews: check grammar, spelling, casting, and ensure notes tie to primary statements. Apply correct methodologies, standards, and regulations. Collaborate with Managers to meet deadlines and ensure accurate planning.
