In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities: • Responsible for warehouse activities to ensure efficient utilization of facilities for storing and distributing material goods. • Handling full set of sea and air shipping matters including documents for incoming and outbound shipments such as customer clearance. Import permit, release of notice arrival, import license of DG, banker guarantee, etc. • Assist in daily operational activities such as receiving job, loading, unloading and stuffing. • Assists in coordination of delivery schedules with shippers and customers. • Ensures that incoming material is inspected for conformity with order specifications and checked for defects. • Implements improvements in warehouse practices to promote efficiency, faster service, and lower costs. • Handling laden containers and release of empty containers issues. • Maintaining updated shipping information in the system. • Able to operate a forklift.
