Job Description ABOUT THE JOB FRR Preparation (Review & Drafting) Sending WINGS mail updates Sending SFC Circulars updates Drafting of Compliance Reports Updating of Regulatory Tracker Creating and sending of CPT Certificates & Logging Attending client calls & taking meeting minutes Email Monitoring for consultants Updating Internal trackers and platforms Any other ad-hoc requests Qualifications ABOUT YOU You are highly discreet, organized, and meticulous You have professional conduct and handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality You are neat, and tidy You are a team player You have a bachelor's degree or diploma in any discipline course You are able to speak mandarin? That is an advantage! Responsibilities
The Officer 2, Regulatory Compliance will be responsible for preparing and reviewing FRR documents, drafting compliance reports, and updating regulatory trackers. Additional tasks include attending client calls, monitoring emails for consultants, and handling ad-hoc requests.
