Job Description Job Summary: An experienced position responsible for managing moderate to high complexity AML/KYC and FATCA matters with minimal supervision. This role handles sophisticated compliance reviews and risk assessments while demonstrating advanced technical expertise in regulatory requirements. Core Responsibilities: Execute complex AML/KYC processes and handle sophisticated FATCA documentation to ensure regulatory compliance Perform detailed risk assessments and conduct comprehensive CDD/EDD reviews on complex client structures and source of wealth documentation Prepare regulatory reports, monitor compliance risks, and maintain detailed tracking systems to meet reporting deadlines Process sophisticated investor onboarding, handle complex client queries, and coordinate across multiple jurisdictions Maintain quality standards through meticulous documentation of findings and periodic compliance reviews Qualifications Educational Background: • Degree holder or any other equivalent qualification.
