We are looking for a dedicated Officer - Admin to join our warranty processing team. To succeed in this role, you should be a self-starter, passionate about dedicating to be part of a dynamic team, be able to adapt to shifting priorities, pick up and apply new skills and knowledge in an energising environment in a positive manner.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum GCE ’N’ Level with relevant administrative experience in automotive warranty process
  • Proficient in MS Office and meticulous with numbers and details oriented
  • Great teammate with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Enjoys learning and working in a high-energy and performance driven environment
  • Enthusiastic, focused and committed to do your best
  • Ability to handle ambiguity and confidentiality
  • Understands and strikes a balance between being an individual and a team member
Responsibilities
  • Your primary role will be to process and submit all warranty claims within the submission deadlines
  • To perform corrections and resubmission of rejected claims within stipulated time
  • Assess and monitor pending warranty cases and ensure submission to be completed within the given period
  • Evaluate database and complete all data entry for warranty claims and filings
  • You will handle warranty parts scrapping exercise on a monthly basis
  • Generate various warranty claims submission reports from the system for service centres on a regular basis
  • You will also liaise with Brand Principal and the respective internal customers on matters pertaining to warranty matters
  • Provide assistance and guidance in relates to warranty issues
  • Given any other duties from time to time
