Responsibilities

THE ROLE

Adbri Cement is seeking a highly organised and proactive Officer – Administration to join our team at Birkenhead. This role is central to ensuring the smooth and efficient running of site administration, contractor management, and front-of-house services, supporting both operational and office-based teams.
Reporting to the Site Manager, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, employees, and contractors while also managing a wide range of administrative functions including document control, database management, contractor onboarding, and office coordination.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide a professional and welcoming first point of contact for all employees, contractors, and visitors to site.
  • Answer and direct incoming calls, manage mail, deliveries, and meeting room bookings.
  • Maintain and update internal systems such as Forcefield, Chris21, and SitePass.
  • Manage site access control, distribute PPE, and ensure training records are maintained.
  • Coordinate contractor and supplier services including site events, travel bookings, and office consumables.
  • Support document control processes and maintain accurate employee records.
  • Assist with site safety initiatives, hazard reporting, and compliance with Adbri’s HSE requirements.
  • Organise building maintenance for the admin office and maintain a tidy, functional workspace.
