Our client, a logistics MNC, is seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join their air freight team.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Receive AOG import and export activation from customer via ATOL or email
• Export process once cargo availability is confirmed
• Liaising with Sales team
• Liaising with Customers & Overseas stations, via email/call.

REQUIREMENTS

• Tertiary qualification
• Familiar with air freight operations
• Positive mindset, team player and high desire for learning.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive in identifying and addressing operational challenges.
• A self-starter who is resourceful and innovative in driving continuous improvement.
• Adaptable to fast-paced, high-volume warehouse setting with a commitment to maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Willingness to address operational issues outside of office hours as needed.
