The Balance Sheet Mgmt Analyst 2 is a developing professional role. Applies specialty area knowledge in monitoring, assessing, analyzing and/or evaluating processes and data. Identifies policy gaps and formulates policies. Interprets data and makes recommendations. Researches and interprets factual information. Identifies inconsistencies in data or results, defines business issues and formulates recommendations on policies, procedures or practices. Integrates established disciplinary knowledge within own specialty area with basic understanding of related industry practices. Good understanding of how the team interacts with others in accomplishing the objectives of the area. Develops working knowledge of industry practices and standards. Limited but direct impact on the business through the quality of the tasks/services provided. The successful candidate should possess fundamental understanding of local regulations, encompassing their interpretation and assessment The role encompasses the daily, monthly, and quarterly production of liquidity reports, alongside supporting their pre- and post-production analysis, including trend and variance analysis. The role also encompasses several key responsibilities, such as but not limited to: support Funding and Liquidity Plans and/or the Horizontal Liquidity reviewing process; participate in Recovery & Resolution Planning (RRP) and ICAAP; involve in U.S. and Local (MAS) liquidity-related reporting; monitor key metrics to identify and address limit breaches The role will also be responsible for assisting with the analysis and thematic reviews of the Bank's Liquidity metrics, Contingency Funding Plans, Liquidity Fire-Drills, and Internal Stress Testing Reports Beyond these responsibilities, the incumbent will also support system development and enhancements. This includes developing basic User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans, actively collaborating with various stakeholders on system and report development/enhancement projects, and performing tasks such as data analysis, solution design, and testing
