Manage X number of branches – Receive/record of vouchers : Daily Checker & approval: Request/courier and Archival of vouchers : Daily Attend branch/vendor inquiry : Daily Checker for GPS / IMS : Daily Checker boxes send & collect by vendor : Daily Archival vouchers branches / checker other archival boxes : Monthly Send reminders to branches - delay return retrieval voucher : Monthly Adhoc assignment as & when required.
