Manage X number of branches – Receive/record of vouchers : Daily Checker & approval: Request/courier and Archival of vouchers : Daily Attend branch/vendor inquiry : Daily Checker for GPS / IMS : Daily Checker boxes send & collect by vendor : Daily Archival vouchers branches / checker other archival boxes : Monthly Send reminders to branches - delay return retrieval voucher : Monthly Adhoc assignment as & when required.

Responsibilities

The officer will manage multiple branches, handling daily tasks related to vouchers, inquiries, and archival processes. They will also be responsible for sending reminders and completing adhoc assignments as required.
