REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum S.P.M. with 2 years’ experience or Diploma with 1 year experience in service-related industry.
  • Familiar in CRM applications such as Amdocs.
  • Preferable with experience in telemarketing or call centre environment
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (eg. Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Good interpersonal skills, organisation, telephone, and communication skills
  • Fluent in English Language and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Posses warm and friendly personality
Responsibilities
  • Attending to subscriber’s inquiries and complains and to response in a timely manner via telephone and correspondence helpdesk.
  • Ensure coordinated correspondences helpdesk and responses with Sales team and stakeholder team in a timely manner to achieve KPI.
  • Coordinating the circular churn prevention alternatives with Sales Operations by performed day to day outbound activities.
  • Performed rescheduling Task for installation for customer acquisitions by schedule the time with customer during outbound call.
  • Providing all the necessary support
  • To continuously update and ensure the completeness, currency, and accuracy of all the technical documentation on each system supported. The technical documents include the Operations Manuals, Systems Manual, backup recovery and access control strategies, operations procedures as well as keeping track of all the changes performed on the systems.

Reports & Other Key Task

  • Highlighting any suspicious case from submission to prevent fraud whether internal or external that may impact business risk.
  • Participating in salvage activity for submission to boast up customer acquisition across Astro.
