Job Description The Card Operations Officer is responsible for managing and executing all operational activities related to debit, credit, and card acquiring products. This includes card issuance, transaction processing and monitoring, dispute resolution through chargeback, and ensuring compliance with regulatory, scheme and security standards. The role supports seamless card services for customers while maintaining operational efficiency and risk mitigation. Key Responsibilities Transaction Processing & Monitoring Reconciliation & Reporting Customer Support & Dispute Resolution Qualifications Type of Qualification: First Degree Experience Required 3-4 years Advanced understanding of finance and accounting concepts and practices. General banking knowledge and working experience within a financial institution performing reconciliation of card transactions.
