Description
Specific Accountabilities: a) Provisions: • Ensure reports are in line with CBK's requirements • Provide assistance to handle Difficult Debts database • Report to CBK as required/specified b) Reports: • Prepare and provide Central Risk Reports for all borrowing relationships as assigned and as per CBK guidelines. • Provide support on other related reports to other team members for smooth flow of information within the bank and to CBK. • Prepare and review customers inquiry (AM5) for customers applying for credit facilities for first time. • Have enough knowledge of operating of CBK Online systems (ex. returned cheques, AM2, inquiries). • Ensure the accuracy of collateral reflected on AM2 CBK online system. • Scan all reports and letters sent to CBK. c) Reporting processes: • Handle all queries related to assigned CBK online reports and provide appropriate closures within required timelines. • Liaise with required groups / business on CBK queries (if required) so as to provide complete resolution for the query.   Generic Accountabilities: d) Corporate governance & compliance: Work fully within: - risk policies and procedures - all compliance regulations e) Team supervision: Provide day-to-day supervision and oversight of the teams work.
