Description
MAIN OBJECTIVE OF ROLE To execute exchange, leasing, and pool transactions by processing orders, tracking deliveries, and maintaining records to ensure component availability. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Processes component exchange, leasing, pool, dispatch, and Cost per Aircraft Landing (CPAL) transactions in accordance with company procedures and contractual terms. Maintains transaction records by creating and updating exchange, lease, and pool orders in ERP and maintenance systems. Coordinates deliveries and shipment status for exchange, lease, and pool transactions with the logistics team to ensure timely component availability. Maintains accurate records of component dispatch, receipts, and core returns to ensure proper transaction closure. Coordinates with vendors and service providers to obtain shipment details, delivery confirmations, and transaction updates. Maintains billing and financial records related to exchange, leasing, and pool transactions to support invoice verification and cost tracking. Updates transaction status and documentation in the maintenance system to ensure accurate component support records. Coordinates with logistics and stores teams to arrange dispatch and receipt of components related to exchange, leasing, and pool transactions. Maintains records and supports reconciliation of pool programme SLAs, incentives, and penalty calculations in accordance with contractual terms. Supports Aircraft-on-Ground (AOG) component support activities by assisting in processing urgent exchange or lease transactions. Maintains records related to pool programme transactions, including dispatch, returns, and supporting documentation. Supports monitoring of exchange, leasing, and pool transactions by maintaining tracking data and highlighting delays or discrepancies. Maintains organised documentation and records to support internal and external audits and ensures compliance with company procedures and regulatory standards. Coordinates with pool providers to obtain shop reports and supporting documentation required for safety investigations related to pool or exchange components. Supports continuous improvement initiatives by maintaining transaction data and providing operational inputs to improve efficiency. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's Degree (3+ years) Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Aviation Management, Supply Chain, or related discipline. Fluent in English Experience in aviation component repair administration, repair order management, vendor coordination, and component support programmes, including repair, loan, exchange, and pool management within an airline, MRO, or aviation-related organisation. Knowledge of aviation ERP or maintenance systems such as AMOS, TRAX, or equivalent, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel or inventory planning tools. Years with qualifications: 2 - 4 years Relevant aviation or supply chain certifications are an advantage.
