JOB DESCRIPTION – COMPRESSION RESPONSIBILITIES * Knowledge of compression machines such as Fette and Cadmach. * Set up machines as per BMR and production requirements. * Monitor compression parameters (weight, hardness, thickness). * Perform in-process checks and record results. * Ensure cleaning and line clearance before and after batch. * Maintain equipment logbooks and GMP documentation. * Identify and report machine issues or quality deviations. * Follow cGMP, SOPs, and safety guidelines at all times. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- SKILLS REQUIRED * Basic knowledge of tablet compression process (OSD). * Hands-on experience with compression machines. * Understanding of cGMP and Good Documentation Practices (GDP). * Ability to monitor and control process parameters. * Basic troubleshooting skills. * Teamwork and discipline in all shifts.
