We give you a world of potential Corporate Services (COS) is part of the Global Core Operation (GCO) and is a department in Hong Kong responsible for post-IPO client facing matters. COS provides frontline services to issuer clients and at the same time takes charge of day-to-day operation management. COS does not need to maintain a sales target, but COS has a crucial role in sales support for relationship managers. An exciting new opportunity has recently opened under COS department. This is a 6-month contract role to handle administrative tasks and support in the event of peak season. A role you will love Corporate Services Officer is responsible for day-to-day client account management where small / regular issuers are assigned thereunder. The main job duties are to carry out tasks in relation to shareholder meeting management, dividend payment, dispatch of corporate communication and corporate action management according to the agreed timeline and regulatory requirement. Some other key accountabilities will include: • Project participation. Execute client projects to ensure matters are handled timely and accurately. • Administration and Management Reporting. Ensure records are kept up to date, accurate and timely submission of reports and requests for information. • Response to clients' enquiries on a timely basis. • Ad-hoc tasks as required, e.g. project participation. What will you bring to the role? To be successful in this role, you must have excellent interpersonal skills; certain knowledge of HK Companies Ordinance, Listing Rules, Securities and Futures Ordinance; excellent time management and the ability to work under pressure. Some other key skills required for the role: • University graduate with bachelor’s degree (or above) in business related discipline. • Minimum 1-3 year of relevant experience in the financial services industry. Previous experience in handling corporate action projects or corporate clients is an advantage. • Attention to detail and track record of producing high-quality work. • Resilient and composed under pressure, proactive, self-motivated, take ownership / responsibility for own work and work of others. • Excellent time management, problem-solving and multi-tasks skills. • Advanced IT skills (incl.
