REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma / Degree in any discipline.
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
• Effective organisational skills.
• Independent, resourceful, meticulous and a good team player.Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

• Assist in formatting and editing of study materials in excel, word document, powerpoint slides format.
• Ensure examination papers and study materials are prepared in compliance to the ISO standards.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and adherence to department’s policies and procedures when examination papers and study materials are prepared.
• Key in examination questions using templates for testing and uploading to the examination platform.
• Liaise with external stakeholders, lecturers, SMEs, internal stakeholders from other departments pertaining to curriculum development work.
• Support supervisor in performing research to ensure content up-datedness in study materials and extract data from system to analyse trends on examination questions.
• Support supervisor in projects’ timeline coordination.Assist the supervisor in upcoming projects, launching of new adult learning programs for the financial services industry.
