YOUR ROLE AS AN OFFICER CUSTOMER SERVICE BULLION ROOM WILL INVOLVE:

• Manage bullion transactions, including purchasing gold jewellery, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Develop expertise in bullion to provide tailored customer service
• Adhere to AML/CTF Legislation and Second-Hand Dealers Act, verifying client identification and source of wealth information
• Identify clients attempting to avoid KYC requirements
• Authenticate bullion and gold jewellery using an XRF machine before purchase
• Assist in verifying daily purchases, facilitate client collections, and perform administrative tasks while prioritising workplace safety
