1. Education, Language, Skills & Qualifications –  2.   * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience * Experience of minimum 4-5 years in Customer Service & Sales Operations profile * Strong fluency in English (To serve UK based customers) * Manufacturing industry or B2B experience (Experience in Alkali Chemicals and Speciality chemicals industry strongly preferred) * At least 3 - 4 years of SAP experience preferred * Salesforce knowledge is an asset * Required to work in business hours aligned to UK operations * Knowledge and experience in Supply chain management  * Support be required to customers and internal teams for weekends (rotational basis) – Max. 6 days week working  *   1. Key Responsibilities: * Establish and maintain positive working relationships with customers and all internal departments - act as the customer’s central contact within the portfolio assigned to you * Manage customer onboarding, set up new ship- to accounts in system and update customer records as required * Provide accurate and timely communication including written correspondence, telephone, and electronic exchange to all internal and external customers * Manage and take ownership of all incoming queries and issues of your customers * Build ample knowledge of the product portfolio and support sales team to identify new leads * Guarantee quality services, you have ample knowledge of the customer's activities, and you are permanently building a good understanding and relationship with your customer * Daily, complete a high volume of incoming orders into the SAP system accurately and promptly * Follow orders through the system from the time of order entry through invoicing * Responsible for customer invoicing and issuing credit and debits   * Consult with Planning and Distribution teams for product availability and expedite shipments and coordinate backorders * Maintain and update customer pricings and customer contracts * Take responsibility for errors and initiate actions to prevent reoccurrence * Register and follow up on customer complaints resulting in the appropriate resolution and corrective action for both the customer and Tata Chemicals.  * Take full ownership of your service to customers, customer oriented at all times * Manage customer surveys and feedback in guidance of Customer service head and regional sales teams * Support sales teams in creation of MIS reports, month-end close and Salesforce administrative tasks * Support finance teams in month-end close process and audits The story of the company is about harnessing the fruits of science for goals that go beyond business.
