Description
Key accountabilities: 1) Test plan consolidation and support • Coordinate sample testing according to the Testing Plan and validation timeline. • Support the development and update of Testing Plans, including test methods, frequency, and product quality risks assessment ensure quality readiness. • Prepare test validation and ensure data is accurate, complete, and traceable. • Ensure required samples, documents, and test results are ready for each milestone • Follow up with relevant teams to resolve pending validation items. • Enhance consumer satisfaction by supporting the implementation of quality criteria. 2) Failure Analysis • Assist in conducting failure analysis by collecting data, organizing samples, and performing initial root cause analysis. • Document findings and contribute to team problem-solving/ next step activities. • Provide initial test results to support RCI in collaboration with the Consumer Engineering Lab and Consumer Quality Engineering team. 3) Reporting & Data Management • Consolidate and track test data across NPD cycles, supporting report preparation for quality gates and milestone reviews and comnunicate to cross functional team. • Maintain organized test result database and tagging system for traceability. 4) Project initiate and supports • Project & Cross-Functional Coordination Support. • Support the Supervisor in managing project schedules related to quality deliverables. • Follow up on action items, communicate status, and escalate issues in a timely, structured manner. Qualifications: • New graduated or 1-2 years of experience in related field. • Experience of R&D, Lab testing, Product development, Failure analysis • Experience of jewelry is preferred. • Critical thinking skills, analytical and driving the solutions. • Willingness to learn new methods and systems.
