Our Distribution team is seeking a Officer-Distribution & Supply Chain to join our team in Yuen Long. In this position you will Support various Departmental functions to ensure stable operation of Licensing, PDI/External Jobs Order, Importation, Logistics and Data maintenance for new Vehicle Sales. What you’ll do Handle daily routine reporting and vehicle licensing documentations. Work closely with Sales and After-Sales to ensure smooth PDI jobs and vehicle delivery services. Assist in the logistics, shipments, and importation to ensure smooth & accurate track of goods movement. Assist with various operational and administrative duties for the Department. Back up daily outdoor works for Supply Chain. Ad-hoc reports and projects. About you Degree holder in Business or Engineering related disciplines. 1-2 years working experience preferrable in vehicle sales administration function. Detail-oriented with pleasant communication and interpersonal skills. Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese. Holder of valid driving license is highly preferred. Proficiency in PC knowledge and familiar with MS office. Candidates with less experience may be considered for appointment as Assistant Officer.
