We are now looking for a suitable person to fill the following position in the Finance Office: Major Duties and Responsibilities Reporting to the Director of Finance, the appointee will be responsible mainly for the following: Performing secretarial duties such as event / meeting scheduling, venue preparation, transport arrangement, visitor receiving, etc.; Performing office administrative duties such as mail distribution, record keeping, document filing, etc.; Providing secretarial support to committees and meetings; Assisting the Director and Assistant Director in preparing presentation materials, statistics and reports; Assisting the Director, Assistant Director and Finance Managers in updating policies, guidelines and forms for Finance Office; Coordinating and liaising with both internal and external parties at various levels; Providing administrative support to QEM projects and Research Projects; and Performing any other duties as assigned by the Director of Finance or his nominee(s). Candidates Candidates should possess the following qualifications, experience and competence: A recognized degree, preferably with relevant experience in office administration; Good organizational and time management skills; Service-oriented with good communication skills in both Chinese and English; Detail-minded with excellent organizational skills; and Proactive attitude and ability to perform multi tasks and work under tight schedule.
