Job Duties • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to execute operational policies, procedures and strategy for Fresh Market• Deliver a high-quality property management service for assigned Fresh Market asset• Monitor and oversee contractors’ performance in security, cleaning, customer service and maintenance to meet company’s standard • Develop and execute marketing campaigns for Fresh Market• Handle inquiries and complaints from different parties• Handle tenancy matters such as repossession & handover of premises, enforcement action against tenancy agreement, deposit refund, etc• Perform in other ad hoc tasks as assigned• Support a customer centric culture and strive for operational excellence for self and within the teamRequirements • Degree / Diploma holder or above in Business, Real Estate, Property Management or related disciplines• Effective interpersonal and communication skills• Responsible, self-motivated and able to work independently• Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin• Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing• Candidates with Fresh Market operations will be considered as an advantage• Preferrable to hold Tier 1/Tier 2 Property Management Practitioner License under PMSORemuneration We offer a 5-day work week and an attractive remuneration package commensurate to the right candidates with qualifications and working experience.
