Who we’re looking for
Reporting to the Lead, Mobility Management APAC, the purpose for this newly created position will be to support the global mobility team by administering tax and immigration processes, to contribute to compliance and to assist employees to navigate complex requirements for international assignments.

Responsibilities
  • Execute tax and immigration processes for global mobility
  • Assist employees with visa and tax documentation
  • Monitor on global mobility metrics
  • Assist tax and immigration procedures
  • Collaborate with team members on global mobility policies
  • Follow immigration regulation compliance and standards
  • Assist with the compilation of reports on mobility and tax compliance
  • Support audits related to tax and immigration
  • Administrative support for our mobility programs, including invoice payments and reporting
  • Deliver feedback to guide possible improvements to global mobility standard methodology and processes
