Provide on time estimates with the best production capability. Initiate and drive improvement of speed of developments through the ELS approach. Initiate product re-engineering to be ahead of the competition. Provide counter sample approval. Ensure timely and consistent availability of samples/proofs/formats/data integrity tests/ink drawdowns for manufacturing units to follow for commercial production. Create retailer manuals, sample packs and catalogs as when required. Circulate regular updates on product /Manual among internal departments. Involve on critical issues for resolution. Acting as a technical support for other cross functional team as and when necessary. Training/Assisting CS, Sales, Operation team, Vendors (only if required) in the process of achieving the highest degree required by customer/RB in terms of service and quality. Take responsibility for the housekeeping maintaining 5S standard for sample storage and document preservation Carry out any Local /Global Projects. Carry out any reasonable duties as when required. Qualifications Good written and verbal communication skills along with good PR skills. Ability to Work Under Pressure & able to meet deadlines Proactive and flexible Multitasking ability Analytical ability Fair knowledge about the RMG industry and Avery Dennison.
