Description

1、配合租赁部门，负责商铺分割、合并、扩铺及柜台、仓库布置平面制图2、对改造提出建设性意见和建议。3、了解基本的消防设计规范知识，初步把控平面布局，以规避消防风险。4、提供合同用图（包括CAD、PDF格式）及租赁面积计算。5、把握租赁需求,设计语言表达良好,6、与租赁、施工单位等相关人员进行有效沟通，能够现场解决设计问题、组织各专业进行设计配合工作。7、完成岗位目标和上级下达的其他任务。 8、负责工程部相关文档、报告、报表、合同的录入、整理、打印等9、帮助经理收集、汇总、分析相关工程报告、报表10、帮助经理分发、传达各项文件、通知工程部各级员工 11、各类表单、凭证、账单、收费清单的制作，保管和档案管理。

Responsibilities
