This role is responsible for managing and ensuring the day-to-day operations of CIMB Singapore CCSG, ASD, and ECO outsourced to Malaysia are processed within the agreed Service Level Agreement Job Description  * Download and extract document in share folder  * Check and verify on ATM (creation & maintenance), Clicks (creation & maintenance),Bizchannel (New & maintenance). * Perform payment and settlement for VISA (ATM), Acquiring regional ATM (Malaysia,Indonesia,Thailand & Cambodia), Issuing Regional ATM Settlement (Cambodia), SG2MY and MY2SG Clicks Fund Transfer/Balance Payment,Refund(ATM Disputes/Unaccounted Transactions) * Perform Reporting and Operations Support for ATM performance report, Daily report for (ATM,VISA,CLICKS,BIZ CHANNEL), SG2MY and MY2SG CIMB accounts tagging request, Oversea ATM activation, Unaccounted transaction * Prepare memo for Credit balance refund and FD unpledged * Records data by operating data entry equipment, coding information, resolving processing problems. * To update and maintain information on computer systems and in archives. * To validate all information updated in the system are correct as per instruction. * Seek continuous improvement in the operation workflows to enhance job skills and competencies. * Comply with statutory requirement and operation compliance in relation to FSA, AMLA and all relevant internal policies and procedures. * Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential. * To meet the SLA of the account opening and data maintenance followed the dateline of the creation that has been set up. * Create Daily reconciliation list * Any other responsibilities/tasks assigned by the Management from time to time
Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations for CIMB Singapore's electronic channels, including ATM, Clicks, and Bizchannel services. Responsible for payment settlements, reporting, and ensuring all processes meet agreed Service Level Agreements.
