About the Role You will apply your professional knowledge and expertise to meet individual customers’ medical insurance needs and assist customers to find the best insurance solutions. Your Key Responsibilities Include: Proactively analyze and assess clients' insurance needs, offering impartial professional advice, particularly in complex cases such as VHIS switching and multi-policy holders. Effectively handle referral leads received from various marketing channels and the customer service team, ensuring timely and professional follow-up through diverse communication channels such as phone calls, WhatsApp, and in-person or virtual meetings. Participate in offline marketing events periodically to foster relationships with current customers. Continuously gather feedback from customers and provide valuable insights to the customer proposition team to enhance product-market alignment. Provide support for ad-hoc business projects as required. Candidates with more experience can be considered for the Senior Officer role About you 1-3+ years of work experience in the insurance sector or insurance agency/brokerage is mandatory. Candidates without prior insurance experience will not be considered. Proficient knowledge of individual insurance products and a solid understanding of insurance company operations. Possession of a professional qualification in financial planning is advantageous. Required to have completed IIQE Paper 1 and 3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese. Energetic personality with a strong ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
