Description

Task Responsibilities: * Provide level 1 and 2 support for Oracle HCM Cloud modules, handling incidents, and service requests * Monitor the system and report or resolve basic issues in a timely manner * Support integrations by checking data flows and helping to troubleshoot errors * Assist in Oracle releases (testing, validation, and basic analysis of changes) * Support change requests by helping with configuration, testing, and documentation * Work with HR and IT teams to understand issues and support improvements * Help maintain data quality and ensure system accuracy * Create and update basic documentation and user guides * Support users by answering questions and providing guidance * Participate in testing activities and support ongoing system improvements Essential Requirements For The Position: * Minimum bachelor’s degree in computer science, or a related field. * Knowledge of SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting, with an understanding of programming logic * Ability to effectively communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders. * Be a team player but also capable of working independently when required. * A previous experience with Oracle HCM is an advantage. Working Conditions: * Flexible with working hours (in accordance with our collective work agreement) * A Certificate of good conduct (Casier judiciaire, Polizeiliches Führungszeugnis) will be required in case of positive selection * Position based in Luxembourg
