REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor Degree major in law
Minimal 1 year experience as a Legal Officer, preferably in the shopping mall or retail industry
Have good communication skills

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Carry out legal work in accordance with existing assignments
Maintain legal documents, agreements, and/or other legal records (company records filling)
Implement legal data base and input on the programs of legal work
Building good relationship with tenants, in house lawyears/legal respresentative tenants/contractors/suppliers
Coordinate with internal departments and/or external parties (tenants, etc.) related to legal work
