Job Responsibility, 1.Manage flight capacity and maximize the space 2.Prioritize and manage the cargo lying and backlog shipment 3.Ensure all cargo onboard accordingly planned 4.Customer Support - Respond to both locally and oversea agent on each enquiry 5.Customer support about the booking issued 6.Co-ordinate with all concerned parties to smooth the workflow 7.Co-ordinate if any related with planner of other countries 8. Keep the inbound-outbound cargo record Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Aviation Management, Business Administration, or related field Experience in airline cargo operations, capacity management, or air freight coordination Strong coordination and communication skills to liaise with local and overseas agents Detail-oriented with good record-keeping skills and proficiency in MS Office

Responsibilities

The officer will manage flight capacity to maximize space and prioritize cargo shipments, ensuring all cargo is planned onboard correctly. This role also involves providing customer support by responding to inquiries from local and overseas agents regarding bookings and coordinating workflows with all concerned parties.
