Job Description Job Summary Role 1.1 Logistics operational budget monitoring & control. Including freight, transportation & external warehouse operating cost. 1.2 Monthly verification on logistics cost spent for entire LOM operation with LCC team. 1.3 Conducting monthly cost meeting with LOM. 1.4 Lead for Zero Based Spending program or any other cost related program for LOM. 1.5 Frequent updating of Freight or Services Rate Card and route’s LSP. 1.6 Lead for insurance claim in relation to LOM activities. 1.7 Receiving & Warehouse Operation Lead, include external warehouse operation. 1.8 Reviewing of external warehouse services KPI for Receiving & Warehousing operation on monthly basis. 1.9 Part of LOM’s BPS team. 1.10 Part of LOM Improvement Team. 1.11 Any other function that may be assign from time to time by immediate supervisor. Job Scope 2.1 Cover the entire LOM budget and operation, services & freight costing, monitoring & approval at specific level. 2.2 Cover the entire LOM receiving & warehouse operation as well as external warehouse’s receiving & warehouse services. 2.3 Lead cost related project / program for LOM. Qualifications Degree in Logistics Management is preferred and other study field with relevant working experience will also be considered. Minimum 5 years’ experience in Logistics Operation / Warehousing. Must be computer literature – Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI etc.). Exposure and experience to basic accounting.
