THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a dedicated Officer - Logistics Operations who will be responsible to provide support to ensure efficient operations of our New Car Logistics department. To succeed in this role, you should be a self-starter, passionate about dedicating to be part of a dynamic team, be able to adapt to shifting priorities, pick up and apply new skills and knowledge in an energising environment in a positive manner.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum GCE ’O’ Level with at least 2 years of administrative experience
• SC401 Customs Competency Test for Declarants Certified
• Proficient in MS Office and meticulous with numbers and details oriented
• Great teammate with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Enjoys learning and working in a high-energy and performance driven environment
• Enthusiastic, focused and committed to do your best
• Ability to handle ambiguity and confidentiality
• Understands and strikes a balance between being an individual and a team member

• Supplier & Product Code Application to Singapore Customs
• Ensure timely application of Product Code when there is a price change in variant (FOB) or when it is a new model
• Submission of Homologation Documents for Vehicle Approval Code applications
• Liaise with Sales Dept, Singapore Customs and LTA on any clarification when necessary
• Managing permit applications for Licensed Warehouses operations
• Liaise with Singapore Customs for authorization for Temporary Export & Re-importation of Vehicles
• Ensure Daily Duty & GST Payment requests are executed on time
• Liaise with Singapore Customs on Customs Exemption/VDP and other Customs related matters
• Monitor all Monthly Duty Payment from respective Licensed Warehouses
• Liaise with Finance dept on any permits, payments & in-stock matters
• Provide general administrative and clerical support
• You will also be assigned with other duties by immediate supervisor from time to time
