We are seeking an experienced Office Manager with a strong background in security to oversee daily administrative operations and ensure the safety and security of our office environment. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and have hands-on experience managing security protocols and systems.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar administrative role.
  • Previous experience in a security-related position or strong knowledge of security procedures and systems.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
  • the Security guarding licence is required for this role
Responsibilities
  • Manage all office operations, including supplies, vendor relations, scheduling, and facilities management.
  • Implement and oversee security policies and procedures to ensure the safety of staff, visitors, and company assets.
  • Liaise with security personnel and/or service providers to maintain proper coverage and compliance.
  • Maintain access control systems, surveillance, and alarm systems.
  • Conduct regular safety drills and security assessments.
  • Support HR and senior management in creating a secure and efficient work environment.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
