Job Description To Process clients’ mandates while ensuring that such mandates are properly jobbed for execution by the dealing team. Ensure that all jobbing activities comply with stipulated deadlines and exceptions are reported when necessary. Ensure that all trades executed by brokers on the floor of the Nigerian Stock Exchange are reflected in the account of the executing client. Post clients’ inflows, handling of client’s payment requests, FX inflows and Outflows and processing of Right Issues and public offers. E-mail Audit on Stockmandates and Settlement Mandate in box to ensure accuracy Ensures proper accountabilities for all mandates and settlement instructions received from clients. Handling of public offers and Right issues, SUKUK Bond and FGNSB Ensure due diligence is done on all accounts before mandates and settlement instructions are carried out. Ensures that clients’ accounts are adequately funded for purchase orders to prevent debit balances in clients’ accounts and that clients’ portfolio consist of stocks for which sales order have been given. Ensure that exceptions on jobbed mandates and clients’ instructions to fund transfers or settlement are promptly reported. Qualifications BSc in Economics or related field. Professional certification can be an added advantage. Experience: 2-3years experience working in capital market operation and applicable industry regulations. Understanding of Stockbroking transactions and its payment support functions. Excellent use of MS Excel Office.
