As discussed please find the JD for this role at Bangalore, Candidate should be Trainee officer or above position (B. Pharma/B.sc) JD – * Ensure proper handling of the product at the vendor site. * Ensure removal of gel packs and transfer of material to the cold chain vehicle at the vendor site. * Verify the availability of sufficient dry ice prior to Gamma process. * Verify the required dry ice weight, as per SOP, in the outer box before initiation of gamma irradiation. * Place the data logger after filling dry ice in the outer box, start the data logger, and record details in the standard format. * Ensure the required temperature is achieved after filling dry ice in the outer box. * Operate the configured data logger during the gamma irradiation process. * Ensure the gamma irradiation process is carried out strictly as per approved procedures. * Ensure no damage to the product or product containers at the vendor site. * Ensure removal of dry ice and placement of gel packs, as per SOP, after completion of the gamma irradiation process. * Monitor all activities performed at the vendor site in compliance with SOPs. * Ensure proper palletization in accordance with SOP requirements after Gamma process. * Verify and record the temperature of the cold chain vehicle before loading of product in to truck after Gamma process. * Ensure correctness and completeness of the vendor batch records after completion of the gamma irradiation process.
