Responsibilities

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Onboarding of Customers.
  • Account opening and compliance of KYC guidelines and maintenance of AOFs.
  • Opening and maintenance of Individual and Corporate Account.
  • Checking and verification of all individual and Corporate AOFs.
  • Collection for documents for Onboarding the customer and further processing the same to centralisation team.
  • Customer Risk Assessment (CRA) only checks are conducted at Centralisation Team
  • Collection of documents required for Event Driven Review.
  • Entering of payment instructions received from the customer.
  • To work in co-ordination with compliance department including up-dation of old accounts.
  • Attending to customers at the counter/phone and providing counter service
  • Checking of Moorgate mails and complying with request received through mail.
  • To work as the primary point of contact for all account-related inquiries, both in person and over the phone.
  • Perform due diligence on walk-in customers seeking to open accounts or execute remittances.
  • Conduct credit checks for new account applications and ensure accurate filing of account-related documents.
  • Undertake any additional tasks assigned by the branch head as required.
  • Will report to Branch Head, Moorgate.

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Bank’s policies, procedures and other guidelines are placed in the “Policies for all” folder of the Project drive, which are being reviewed and updated from time to time. The candidate should keep updated on the guidelines placed in the folder.
