1. Advanced VDP Data Engineering & Batch Processing Accountability: Engineer and validate complex VDP data structures by converting raw, unformatted Excel spreadsheets into optimized, high-speed print batches. This involves utilizing advanced Excel formulas (lookup functions, PIVOT Tables, arrays, power querry and Power BI) and Dynamic Arrays to perform sophisticated deduplication, record-splitting, and logical validation. 2. Automated Data Transformation & Visualization (Power Query/BI) Accountability: Architect and maintain automated ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) pipelines using Power Query (M language) and VBA Macros to standardize the cleaning of recurring data feeds. Leverage Power BI to translate these production metrics into interactive dashboards for real-time quality oversight. 4. Advanced Reporting & Quality Visualization: Design and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and PivotCharts to track real-time production metrics, data integrity trends, and QC performance. Performance Measures: Dashboard Uptime: Availability of real-time production insights for management. Data Integrity Trends: Consistency in reporting on "% of total" calculations and production volume summaries. 5. ISO Compliance: Maintain strict documentation and operational standards for data handling in compliance with ISO Standards. Prepare the required insights for the auditing.
